Q: I want to know what i can do to sue my child school or the parent of the child that hurt mines.
Hello, i have a situation. My 7 year old got pushed by another child at school this friday and she fell on the sink and to the floor, she got a big open hole on her chin and had to get 6 stiches, one on the inside and five on the out side her bone was visible. I want some justice i want soemthing to be done about this. what if it would of been sething worst what if my child would of hit her self on the head and became unconscious?. So i wanted to ask how can a sue and who?. Now my child says that she looks ugly and that she dont want to show her face no more because people will make fun of her.
