Dearborn, MI asked in Domestic Violence for Michigan

Q: Hi! My sister and I got into an argument over clothes and it lead to her and I arguing and pulling hair

And being pushed to the floor both of us and I threw glass on the floor and she called the cops on me and I was the more aggressive one so they took me in for 48hrs in a holding cell. my record is very clean I've only had 1 speeding ticket from 3 years ago and no criminal record at all so they gave me a misdemeanor and I have court on the 8th of June, I have a lawyer, but my sister is also going to take my side because it was a stupid fight and she just called the cops out of anger. Will I be doing jail time? I really don't want to do any jail time. My sister and I are fine now, its like nothing happened and she regrets calling the cops on me! Please someone help me get a better understanding of what might happen to me? Thank you so much!
