Q: Can I go after my personal insurance as well,just my last question on this topic.

I am going after both insurance companies so I want to know exactly my case is worth because my MRI suggests major damage to my body.

My job sent me home because I couldn't perform,can I go after my personal insurance as well as I have excellent auto insurance.

A: Once you hire a personal injury attorney they will determine the maximum amount of insurance coverage available to you. In my opinion, no attorney can say what your case is really worth, as the insurance company plays a big part in the case. At the end of the day your case is worth what you can collect from the at fault parties and how long it takes to get the money.

You can only seek recovery from your personal auto insurance if you paid for uninsured motorist coverage.
