With or without your permission would be determined by what your custody order says. If she has joint legal custody with you in theory you would have a say but as a practical matter if its in the best interest of the child you should consider what your objection is for. If you don't have a custody order she can do as she pleases really, a court can't intervene in something that doesn't exist and you each have an equal right to the child, so a court won't get involved.
