Q: Paid fees to clear my licence had insurance and my car was taken for tail lilight do i have a chance to get it back
A: I am a little confused. Who took the vehicle? Was it for an ordinance violation? I know some jurisdictions will treat traffic offenses as ordinance violation and take the vehicle for "unauthorized use of motor vehicle" or something of that nature. If that's the case, then there is probably paperwork you need to fill out and fines you have to pay to get the vehicle back.
