Q: Can i recieve court supervision on a 2nd ticket in a 2 year time span to avoid getting my liscence suspended?

Im under 21, wondering if if court supervision is a possibility to avoid getting my liscense suspended

A: You can receive court supervision twice within a 12 month period. This is the maximum under Illinois law. However, it is up to the prosecutor and judge, not guaranteed.

A: yes it's a possible outcome but the prosecutor has to agree to it or the judge has to sentence you to it.

A: The other two responses are correct, but the Judge ultimately has to agree with a sentence of Supervision. Even if the the State offers Court Supervision, the Judge could still deny you Court Supervision. It is advised that you obtain an experienced criminal defense attorney to assist you with this matter.
