A: The fee I charge is $2,000.00. There also is a USPTO filing fee for TEAS Plus is $225, so the total would be $2,225 and it is partially refundable if upon my search I deem that it is unlikely to proceed to registration of the trademark (there are some factors after the application is filed that would be beyond my control that could affect the register-ability of the Mark, but unfortunately the fee would be non-refundable at that point).

To get started I'd need the exact name of the trademark you wish to register, when you first used it in connection with your business, a copy of the log, a specimen showing the mark as it is used in the marketplace, your business headquarters / main address, and a description of the goods and services which the mark is affiliated.
