Q: Is it legal for my ex just to hand over our child to his parents?

Wrong. He moved her into his parents place and did not tell me buy kept up my visits, he told them not to say anything and that he couldn't handle our child anymore. He plans on abandoning her by leaving the state soon.

A: Sue him to get custody if u want your child to live with u. But think about the idea that ifvhis father cannot handle him, can u?
