Cartersville, GA asked in Criminal Law for Georgia

Q: What should I do?, If I know a older man who's having sexual intercourse with his mentally ill adult son?

He helped take care of my family and I, for 7 years, but, I never knew it was happening until we had to move in with him and I record music a lot and I forgot too turn it off before I went to bed, and got up the next morning and got my children ready for school and off, and afterwards I went to replay my song, that's when I heard everything the moans and all but, he keeps denying it and calling me crazy but, I definitely know it's happening because we'll, there's way more to this story but, I know that he's having sexual intercourse with his son and because he helped us out, it's kind of hard to turn him in, so, I'm literally confused right now, and I need someone's help to figure out if going to the law is the thing to do?

A: Your need for a place to stay does not condone this serious crime. Contact the District Attorney's office in the county where this is occurring.
