Philadelphia, PA asked in Child Custody for Pennsylvania

Q: I have sole phisycal and legal custody of my kids. My child wants to go with her dad for a few months. What can I do?

It is a long story I took full custody because he hurt my kids feelings a lot he always kept them waiting called when he felt like it and I had enough. But still they suffer I try my best to keep them occupied. My daughter suffers a lot she is daddy little girl so she wants to go stay with her dad and her grand mother and her other sisters from her father side so I'm giving her permission for a month just so she can see why I'm doing what I'm doing for her and her brothers cause I won't put anything negative on my kids head of there father. I have always wanted for my kids to be in their father's life but he always had excuses but we talked today and we both decided that she can stay with him for a month. Now I want to know if I have to go to family court and ask permission or just do a notarized letter? Please help! Thank you!
