Pinned it back in the wrong position and now my left leg is SHORTER THAN MY RIGHT LEG. Can I pursue a "legal case" against the DR ??? ??? ???
A: Unlikely given the passage of time, and you'd have to show the leg length happened because of that and not the passage of 10 years. Contact a member of the Tenn Assn for Justice--they give free consults.
