Q: Civil case here?
I was involved in a minor car accident in which I was ticketed and told I could not drive my car home. I was in an unfamiliar town about 30 miles from home. A police officer agreed to give me a ride to a friend that lived near. Before reaching my destination I was told he could not take me the whole way and dropped me off on a corner. I was not sure 100 percent where i was. I walked and got confused and lost my way. A car drove up and offered a ride. I took the offer. I was then taken against my will to an unknown place and raped at gunpoint. Do I have legal repercussions to the police department for dropping me off?
