Q: Does a non custodial parent paying their support obligation have the right to request where the funds are going in pa?
The custodial parent is always asking for gas money for visits. (Even though transportation should be equal. I drive one way, she drives the other) Always saying the rent is short, bills are short. But lied to domestics claiming part time work when it's full time work. There's always new toys, needless things bought for the child. But I'm being asked for clothing pull ups and other essentials when I'm already paying my obligation. I truly believe the money is just being blown instead of being spent where it should
