Warsaw, NY asked in Traffic Tickets for Tennessee

Q: Speeding ticket in Tennesee(live in NY) multiple mistakes and officer nearly wrecked me after ticket was written.

I was traveling from Pennsylvania to Texas for work. The officer pulled me over (TN)when I was not going any faster than anybody else, not in passing lane(center of 3 surrounded by cars) during a hectic rush hour and traveling west with the sun and everyone's face. Ticked me at 60(said 70) in a 55 (43.00fine) The officer left time of day and direction of travel off the ticket. As well as putting the wrong decade I was born and the wrong year of the vehicle on the ticket. Then after I get back on the highway and almost up to speed he turns his lights back on. I thought he was pulling me over again! then proceeded to go around me at the last second and pulled two people over at the same time during rush hour! I course I nearly hit the car in front of me and was nearly rear-ended. I obviously can't show up to court, am I wasting my time? Can the courthouse do anything if I call and complain or am I wasting my time. It's not about the money for me as much as the principal

A: Hi,

Just pay the fine, the points do not transfer to your NY license anyway.
