Q: What should I say to another drive if we get in an accident but I don't have proper insurance?

I'm assuming you are at fault. If you aren't contact a member of the Fla.Justice Assn--they give free consults.
If you haven't been in a crash yet get the insurance--otherwise, if you're in a wreck your license will be suspended.
If you have, you tell him you don't have insurance but will pay his car damage. Get a full release of all claims if you do.
