taken by cps. Me and the mother have been back in TN since this began but my daughter is still in Arizona in cps custody. Can you tell me which state has jurisdiction
A: Arizona has jurisdiction and probably will retain jurisdiction until you can convince the Judge there that you have fixed/corrected whatever it was that occurred which caused the child to go into State custody. You should consult an experienced family law attorney in Arizona asap.
