Q: Can a retail business require both a driver's license and fingerprint for credit card transactions? Ink pad not scan
My employer is requiring us to ID at the door and take down license numbers as well as doing ink fingerprints on credit/debit transactions, is that legal? They have no way to prove/disprove fingerprints to verify authenticity of the cardholder
