Q: My father in law has a allocation of parental responsibility case and I want to know a the parent how can I get
my children back or is there a way I can get them back? There are orders in place but we see that he is getting to a point were he can not take care of the children. he is 75 years old and has already told me in and my son has told me that he has been in the hospital and neither my husband or I were notified when this took place. and this was only meant to be temporary.
