Q: I'm a tenant my lease started 9/10/14 ended 9/10/15 . In my lease it say pay I 0$ after the lease expire I never signed
A new lease the property manager gave me a 10 day notice to leave because I violated my lease and did not pay my rent. I paid the rent late with all late fees I contacted the leasing office to make sure it was okay to pay they told me yes but they will not accept it. They said I was on a month to month tenant agreement with them I never signed a month to month agreement with them. Did I Violate The lease If it is expired? And I never signed off on a month to month tenant agreement?
