Q: I have 3 children unmarried. I have supported all chidrn since birth. She has taken them. What do Ido
A: You should file court papers as soon as possible to establish a "parenting plan"- this is basically the same thing that happens in a divorce, the Judge will conduct a hearing where both parents can testify about their work schedules, the children's school schedules, etc so that the Judge can then make a decision about what days they will be with you and what days they will spend with the mother. The court will also figure out how much child support is to be paid and to whom it will be paid. You should consult an experienced family law lawyer to help you through this process, it is not something you should try to do on your own.
