Q: I need to find out if i have a negligence case against a police station , vehicle broke down and i was found in

Passenger seat , don't remember going to jail 4 to 5 hours later was still out of it - believe to be ruffied .. was not brought to a doctor, was put into main population which was still in and outta it- when going home only had a t-shirt and bra for clothing , multiple bruises all over my body
