Q: Child’s mother wants daughter to stay with me I’m fine with it but I want something on paper saying she stays with me
Last year my daughter stayed with me for the whole year..after school year up I called her out for bad parenting or something that ticked her off and she out of spite removes child from school and now she stays with her...things are getting hard for her now she wants me to pick up the pieces and take care of child again which I have no problem with doing I just want it on paper on file through courts that my daughter stays with me and she can’t easily decide she’s pulling her from school without going through courts...what can I do?
A: To protect yourself, you need a new Parenting Plan signed by the judge.
