A: You need to immediately hire a good lawyer your looking at possible jail, loss of your drivers license for at least 6 months and fines. Not being the driver is a defense, but obviously already the police don't believe you, otherwise you wouldn't get a ticket and chances of someone else called the judge believing you is slim to none if you look at the conviction rates in municipal court for people without lawyers.
