International Falls, MN asked in Car Accidents and Traffic Tickets for Minnesota

Q: I slid through a stop sign on a county road and as a result there was an accident involving two vehicles... not my car.

They made me stand in the below zero temperatures for two hours...never asked my side, did not investigate... then said he was citing me and told me to pick it up tomorrow... what can I do?

A: He never got your side but you said as a result of what you did there was a wreck, so the problem is?..............sorry to be obtuse but I'm not getting it. See what the citation says. It may be a stop sign violation, it may be something else. If you don't believe you violated the stop sign law, which is basically what you said you did, you can plead not guilty.
