Q: What Contradict? Me and my wife are separated (not legally) live in different places, no divorce filed
I just want to move back to my house where she lives and our kids, do I need to do any legal preparations before this move? YES or NO.

A: In one part of your previous question you said you weren't separated and in another you said you were. If you want to move home, have you asked your wife how she feels about that? Are there allegations of abuse? How long have you been out of the house? These are all questions that you should discuss with an attorney before you make any decisions about your next steps.
