Aurora, CO asked in Car Accidents for Colorado

Q: My car had flat-tire. i parked vehicle to the closest parking lot. If it’s towed during the overnight can i file a claim

I parked my car at a mall parking lot after I found out about the flat tire and i’m plannIng to come back tomorrow to deal with it. I believe there were no sign of ‘no overnight parking’ but I’m worried about getting towed. I forgot to left a small note in my car which could explain why i parked my car there. If it’s towed before i come back, will there any way i can get my vehicle back without paying the cost? Thank you

A: Seems it would make sense to go back, put a note on the windshield or at least change the tire now. If they have a sign warning you not to park, you'd better believe it can be towed.
