Q: I backed into a parked car in a parking ramp. There maybe some damage. I am not sure if it was there before or not.
There was no damage to my car. I did not leave my insurance information. What can happen to me if the damage was my fault?
A: Assuming it's a scrape, that would be for a garage normal wear and tear. Damage would be minimal, so I question the duty to report.
