Q: I got a traffic ticket on 12/30/2017 but I just finished a ticket in march 2017 and payed a fine to keep it off my
Driving record with conditions of a fine and one years no tickets but I got on 12/30/2017 and the year will be up in march 03 2018. Should just fight this ticket till the other ticket expires? And the tickets are in two different county's in Minnesota . What should I do?
A: What to do is up to you. Personally, I make every effort to keep traffic violations off the drivers license record. But if a new one would trigger a prior with a condition of no new traffic violations, I'd try to prevent a conviction on the court record as well. One thing is for sure, paying the ticket would be the worst thing to do.
