Q: Marijuana was found in my 16 y/o son's car. His 15 y/o bro and 16 y/o fx bro were questioned w/out telling me!
I was called to take my son home but no one told me the other boys were pulled from classes, questioned and had their bags searched. The foriegn exchange student was scared because he doesn't have a car and didn't know what the cop was talking about. At least they verified they knew nothing about this but it sounds like they harassed him, interrogated both without my consent, and didn't even tell me afterwards. Is this legal?
