Q: my step father wont give me a copy of the will how can i get a copy of the will
my mother was murdered 12yrs ago ,, my sister has been charged with it yet he my step father is saying everything is his and i know thats a lie plus he wont even let me see my mothers will
A: You cannot get a copy unless it is filed. There is a petition you can file in court to compel him to file it, but unless you have a copy or something that makes clear it exists, he can deny it and you will lose.
