Q: Me and my wife have been separated and not spoken in almost 2 years. I have tried many ways to serve her certified mail

Paid the police to serve her and ran it in the paper for 30 days through the circuit courts finally got a court date (she was not there and had not picked up the certified letter about the date)when i went the judge denied my default divorce for irreconcilable differences what can i use to get a default granted

A: You should consult an attorney to look at the whole situation. The facts you described lead to many questions an attorney will likely ask: Did you file a motion to serve the divorce by publication? Did you allege other grounds other than irreconcilable differences? You can only receive a divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences if you both agree to everything. If you can't find her, she can't agree. As I said, you need an attorney to help you through this process.
