Q: My ex wife is claiming one of my children isn't mine. We have have been divorced for 7 years.
I was granted full custody 5 years ago. What should I prepare for if this is true and what legal standing does she have if this is true?
A: Is your order in Georgia? If so, it wouldn't matter if the child is biologically yours at this point. You are the legal father if the child was born in wedlock. It would only natter if the biological father came to legitimize the child, which you would have a strong defense to at this point.
