A: No, she doesn't get to decide where she wants to live until she is 18. Sounds like you have a teenager acting out on your hands and this happens even with parents that aren't divorced. I really hope you and your ex can agree to not let your 13 year old try to be a dictator. Talk to your ex. (If you can.). That is really the best way to deal with this.
