Q: Both parents relocating - custody
Ex married a man with a criminal record 10 pages long. Convicted felon. Assault charges 2016, found guilty of domestic violence 2017 and went to jail. He was just charged with 5 counts one DUI and reckless endangerment. Ex wants to move to his state to be with him with my kids. Do I have a chance to win custody? I am moving out of state with my fiance' and want to take my kids with me.
