Q: My boyfriend violated federal probation for 2nd time for not reporting to color code drug test. When picked up by county

He had meth in his pocket and sentenced to 6 months. his release date is 2/7/18 and will be picked up by Marshalls

A: I don't see a question here. If you meant to ask will he be picked up

by the U.S. Marshal when he is finished serving his six months in state custody

the answer is absolutely. He will be facing federal supervised release violations

and depending what his sentencing guidelines are he will most likely incur

jail time consecutive to what he served in state court.
