Recently received a notice from local DR section indicating arrears and an enormous "lump sum" payment due in 30 days when none of my payments were ever late AND the other parent has paid nothing towards her supposed percentage of child support. Also, she dropped child's food stamp and cash assistance fearing her disability case amount would be redused by this type of benefit for daughter.
