Q: I am married not on the birth certificate and need to obtain proof that the child is not living with the mother
I am being summoned to court March 27 2018 on contempt of court. When the child was born I didn't sign the birth certificate as paternity was on question. The mother refused information and that was that. Well now I am being forced to pay support by the state and the mother is wanted on active warrants and the child is and has been in Michigan for 2 yrs with the aunt. How can I obtain the social security number so I can locate the child prove the mother doesn't have her so my case will be dismissed? Or how can I go about proving the child is in Michigan? I'm being told by support they can't give me the number the aunt will be of no help and social security will not help please advise
