Q: how long can it take before my son is legitimized if I put in the paperwork in January
His mother filed a protective order under a false statement and therefore I'm forced to take family violence classes and come on my pocket is money that could actually be spent on my son and also in court every month. Not to mention it's been almost 6 months since I've seen him I still have items and things that I bought him from Christmas and no way to actually get it to because of the protective order is there any advice
