Q: I, the father, failed a drug test, and have to have supervised visitation, how do i get my children and rights to them?

The mother is calling all the shots, and my attorney is bending over and letting them gett away with everything

A: Produce a clean drug screen would be a start. It's easy to deflect blame to your attorney, but you should start looking in the mirror and tighten up if you want custody. Get yourself in a program and complete it and produce clean drug screens. Show the court that you care about your child more than the drugs.
