I was never hiding and i lived in the same state and was wondering how they can finally bring something like this to light many years 8+ later and was wondering if it fell under a statute of limitations or if i can appeal and how to go about doing that my offenses :petty mis driving after suspension and. A: Once a ticket has been filed, there is generally no meaningful time limit on how quickly it needs to be resolved unless you have demanded a speedy trial. It's hard for me to tell from the question whether you were given a citation and things just sat out there for eight years or if you were pulled over in 2009 and not charged until 2017. More information would be helpful if that was the case.
