Q: My son's are 17 and 18 I never have received child support for my children it was set years ago
I was told because he had a tpo on him that I couldn't ever get it. I was wondering what can I do now?
A: You can file for contempt. Whoever told you that because you had a TPO meant you could not collect child support was dead wrong.
A: File for contempt. Whoever told you that was wrong. Child support arrears never go away.
