Lake Zurich, IL asked in Traffic Tickets for Illinois

Q: Will my license be suspended?

I was caught doing 78 mph on a 55 mph interstate in Lake County, IL (route 120). I have had traffic school already to erase a 18 mph speeding ticket and had another ticket for incorrect lane usage so technically this is my second ticket. Will my license be suspended?

A: possibly depending upon your age plus you don't want another convictions because even if you are over 21, you would be one ticket away from a suspension. Hire an attorney who practices in Lake County. I believe Larry Davis and his firm travel there.
