Or a notice of error, saying at the time i agreeded to the probation i was incomptent as to what the term entailed, and now that iam aware i would like to reciend the contract
A: You can hire an attorney to withdraw your guilty plea and start over from the beginning with negotiating a plea bargain deal with the prosecutor. Withdrawing a plea is much easier to do if not much time has passed since your guilty plea and if you were not represented by an attorney when you pleaded guilty. It's up to the judge to decide whether to allow you to withdraw your plea.
