Olympia, WA asked in Estate Planning for Missouri

Q: Trustee violating fiduciary duties and bene wants the state to get involved. Who should the bene contact at state level?

Family estate in Missouri under 2 Trusts.

Trustee is also a beneficiary.

3 additional beneficiaries, all parties are adults.

2+ years of questionable fiduciary actions by trustee.

Trustee refuses to address documented concerns.

Trustee is using trust monies to retain lawyers to prevent resolution of concerns.

Beneficiary is seeking to involve the State of Missouri in this matter to resolve the issue.

Beneficiary is agreeable to the structure of the trust documents, the entire issue revolves around the improper actions of the Trustee.

We (beneficiary) are seeking RAPID involvement by the state of Missouri.

The situation is deteriorating rapidly, and we (beneficiaries) do not know who to contact (at MO State court system) to oversee this situation.

Please offer suggestions.
