Q: I’m waiting on judge to give the ok for me to be PR for sisters Will in Florida. Her Will states that home and property

Be sold ASAP and proceeds split between step kids. But kids want the home. My attorney and their attorney are negotiating that they agree that I will be Executor if I agree to just let them have home. Can wishes of will be changed without judge ordering it?

A: Short answer is yes. You really should be discussing this with your attorney. The heirs of an estate, if they all agree can alternate the distribution plan of a will under the probate code.
