Lake Park, GA asked in Child Custody for Georgia

Q: Mother went to atturney friend w/ false allegations, after having dccs open case my son was taken, what can I

Dccs investagted, did nothing. She took a different approach! Court date is 27days from now, has already been 16 day’s. Father has never been involved.I hired atturney but am getting nowhere, son wants to come home, his worst fear has been the possibility of loosing me due to father never being present! She is not allowing me to see him much, I have only been given 1hr at a playground and 1 1/2 scheduled (by her) at another playground which she changed location to the mall last minute. Only allows him to call during work hours! I am a great mother who does nothing but spend all time and money on him, he has never done without,I receive no child support due to her forbidding me not to do so from birth on due to father being unpredictable and wreckless. She discusses case in front of him at the age of 7 and is causing him to feel as if I have not had his best Intrest at heart, absolutely false!Step father signed validating these allegations! My Son needs and wants his mom! Plz help!!!
