Q: My daughter is in the beginning of a divorce , I suspect he is using intimidation and maybe physical threats or abuse .
If I find this to be true can I have him brought up on charges or does she have to.
A: Ordinarily it would be your daughter who would file for a Protection from Abuse Order against him. Perhaps you can suggest that she consult with a local domestic violence group to help her determine whether she is being subjected to undue pressure or worse.
