Dawsonville, GA asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Georgia

Q: im representing myself, can someone help with advice. i have everything i need and proof of accusation being untrue.

custodial parent didn't comply with temp order requirements in order for the noncustodial parent to regain a relationship with children through reunification counseling and now noncustodial parent is in contempt

temp order- joint legal custody

what custodial parent was trying to do in final- sole custody

custodial parent doesnt allow children to talk to noncustodial parent or let noncustodial parent visit or have visitation out of spite

the custody temp order states, "petitioner agrees to locate a therapist who will provide reunification therapy for the children within 30 days"

custodial parent never informed other parent of a therapist. other parent is now in contempt and custodial trying to get sole custody.

i am the mother and their father and his wife have made threats to me, and have been dishonest in this case. i had an attorney but fired him for not doing things i ask or fighting for me whatsoever, i can prove alienation, he wouldnt do anything because i couldnt pay more.
