Q: Malpractice can I sue?

Im a 26 year old female who recently had a laparoscopic hysterectomy and had some complactions, They overdose me with Anesthesia that cause a serotonin syndrome, I guess My medication I told them I was taking ( Zoloft ) caused that. I was in the hospital for a few days because I was having seizure And not waking up. Thay had to do a CAT scan because they thought i could’ve been brain damage, the left a metal sticker on my side, ( forgot to take it off) now I have a quarter sized burnt from it, didn’t realize that when I took it off in the shower. while I was recovering the nurses that took cared of me was mocking me while I was asleep, she thought I couldn’t hear. She’s was venting about me to other nurses and upset she had to stayed over because of me. I made a complaint and got a followed up it seem like the person who followed up didn’t believe me, saying that we want our nurses to be the best and saying good things about the staff.
