Q: Do businesses who have tenants living above them have to be quiet after a certain time?

When I moved in, the store below me was an antique store. Now it is a drink "bar". After talking with the store/business owner, I was assured there would be no loud music, it would be a calm place. Now, as I was told, "the dynamic has changed". The live DJ's on Sunday night's til 1am, the crazy loud bumping music, the base shaking my windows, is not appreciated. The landlord said he will handle it, and that just pissed the business owner off. Tonight my husband went down to ask them to turn it down. He was chased out by a screaming owner and was told basically to "f*ck off," and that he doesn't care what we say or think. Can we call the police? What can we do? The land lord says they can't have this music, but they still have it.. every night. I'm at my witts end.. what do I do?
